"Watertight" revolvable cap for Goobay Bike-Power 5.0

EDIT (24-Sep-2018): Due to the flaw of the small gap left in the revolvable cap design, I decided to create one that does not feature the revolvable upper cap, and instead is intended for a permanent connection to the USB cable. This design is featured here as the single cap design. To use it, glue the USB cable into place on the cap and you're done. I have tested this design in a one hour bike ride in heavy, pouring rain, and not a single drop made it's way through, so I am p
