Bike CO2 holder 16g & 25g (27,2mm/30,9mm/31,6mm/37mm)

Bike CO2 mount to be used on a 36,76mm diameter tube, but has been tested on a 31mm seatpost (look the images) with no problem.

**UPDATE (22/01/2022)**: Added 25g CO2 holder for 31,6mm, 30,9mm and 27,2mm seat post. The measured 25g CO2 cartridges have a diameter of 25,5mm. Updated STL files of 16g CO2 cartridges for 31,6mm and 27,2mm seat posts to V2.

**UPDATE (28/05/2020)**: Updated STL files, added .f3d file and also 27,2mm diameter CO2 holder.
