Mount for Smoothiboard on Fabtotum

A simple mount to adapt the FABTotum mounting holes to the smoothieboard. I believe I needed to shorten one of the original mounts to allow this to sit flat.

Also included is the Smoothieboard config file required to run on a FABTotum.
