Ender 3 Tool Holder Remix

I remixed this tool holder after the portion intended to secure the holder to he frame snapped when putting the holder on -and then wouldn't fit if it didn't break; now it fits securely and is reinforced -but just in case there is also a hole for an M3 screw and t-nut for attachment as backup. ;)

I also changed up the snipper holder to be a little simpler and with just enough space for tweezers as well if desired, there is still an end stop to prevent things sliding off (the stop is very smal
