Wind turbine

Thanks to Svenergy (https://www.thingiverse.com/Svenergy) for the basic scale wind turbine (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1367552). I used a few of the pieces and made some others, but overall it's mostly similar to the original. I added some ball bearings that were lying around.
