I have this running on my machine and it was a massive upgrade in print quality over the stock Anet extruder. The bondtech gears are totally awesome. Print quality is significantly better.
The Noctua fan is amazing, what a difference in noise levels. I can't even tell the printer is on when idle.
The Anet A8 X carriage rail spacing is 1mm larger than the Prusa I3 Mk3. These files adapt the Prusa design to work with the new spacing. The rest of the extruder parts remain unchanged
