Here's a mount I designed to move the spooler of the Ender 3 from the top to the side.
It's designed to use as little filament as possible, yet offer the greatest strength. I included screw holes if you'd like to nail it down, but I don't think you'll need it.
Mounting screws: use the spare M5 screws that come with the Ender 3. The holes are deep enough to accept the longer bottom frame screws.
Print at 20% infill.
Enjoy!
