Hej fellow Makers!
This is my design of a massive y-axis belt tensioner for a HICTOP 3DP-17 / ATHORBOT A01 Prusa i3-clone (it's identical) built with a single 20x20-ITEM-frame.
You need one M6x30 with a hex head, a washer and a M6 nutscrew to adjust the tension of the belt with a 10mm spanner. You can use the fixations and other parts from the original mounting.
Or you use the other insert for a toothed 16Z GT2 pinion for a 3mm axle.
