Gloomhaven Monster Health/Status 12mm 8mm dice tracker for original standee

Remixed monster standee for 12mm dices (there is still a place for 8mm dices on the back - it's universal now). I like the idea of using original standees because they are more "paper-token-friendly" than printed holder. I have also changed few things: wider space for original standee - it should fits without any manual correction, wider optional status token holders and more space for wider monster tokens, smaller hex base to fit map tile.
