Adjustable Brix's fan mount for Prusa it.2

I basically boolean'd this:

to make a Prusa it.2 compatible fan holder, with long "trumpet".

I didn't find any adapter specifically made for it.2, with the long "trumpet".

the long "trumpet" is exactly the same as /thing:30721
It uses a 4mm fan.
