DuetWifi 1.04 enclosure for Kossel

Here is my take on creating an enclosure for the duetwifi board. Please note that this is for a version 1.04 board where the erase button was moved. I wanted an enclosure that would fit between the bottom two 2020 supports and this is what I came up with. If you try this design on a 1.03 there is a good chance the erase button will hit the faceplate. I have not printed the design yet but plan to in the next couple of days.
