Multi-extruder derived from the Prusa Multi Material 2 upgrade.

This is an attempt at creating an extruder for more 5 feeds of filament, using only two motors. This is to enable use of the e3d toolchanger, or other multi-head systems, without the requirement for an expansion board, on the Duet Wifi. I'm fairly confident this design will work just as well as the Prusa Multi-Material upgrade that it's based on, as I haven't modified any of the critical, functional parts, except to remove the redundant selector.
