Spool diameter fix

This a really specific thing for a spool I bought online had a huge inner diameter. At least for my printer it was dragging on the support so the spool wouldn't turn. Not sure how big of a problem this really is, but here's the design anyways. A link to this page is found on the amazon review page for the pla spool.
