Prusa i3 MK3 z-axis-top webcam mount for top view

I like having a webcam mounted high above the heat bed so I can see how my print is going using OctoPrint. My [earlier design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095181) had a webcam mount along with LED lights, and that works well but the webcam can shake when the extruder is making fast movements. So I modified the stock Prusa z-axis-top parts to accommodate a mount for the top webcam.
