This is a replacement mount plate for a Velbon tripod. The model I'm using this plate on is a CX-440, but according to Amazon this style mount is also compatible with the following models: QB-4LC, Velbon 400, Velbon 5000, CX-430, DF-10ML, DF-40, T-3500 and Videomate 400.
