Christmas Light Support - Model Railroad

I designed this part to add interior lighting to a model Railroad passenger station. It provides bracing and support for low-cost Christmas lights. I need a bunch of them. So, this simple tooling is helpful. The commonly-available strings of lights use ~3.5 volts each. I certainly did not want to just plug the string in to house-hold power because that is dangerous in a hobby setting. The power supplies are readily available on line.
