I designed it with my son's name on it.

But I removed the name before uploading it to thingiverse.

I had an issue with the tolerances that was too small. So I modified the design before uploading it, but actually I've not tried the design uploaded. I corrected the lack of space using a knife.

I printed it with no support.

For the cover, You'll need a printer that is very good with bridges Forget it if you don't have extrusion fan.
