This the small thing hold cable with small carabiner ( like keyring ) without damage or glue.

Carabiner diameter=4mm
Cable diameter=6mm

You must use flexible filament ( for open and close thing).
The dual extrusion is recommended for best printing ( with soluble support ) but I think you can do it without by cutting the correct layer.
