Auto-watering flowers water tower from Gravity Falls

Water tower model from Gravity Falls, inside hollow, with opening lid. Inside, you can insert a water bottle and make auto-watering for the flower, as shown in the photo.

2 conditions necessary for the operation of the system:
1) it is necessary that all the tubes were above the water level in the pot.
2) the tube of the top level of water(above which water will not rise, and on this tube air arrives) shall be established in a pot above a tube on which water arrives.
