Lowel Scandles Lamp Baseplate stick

This was made to replace the polycarbonate lamp shield of a [LowelScandles](http://lowel.tiffen.com/scandles/scandles_c.html) lamp (formerly sold as a Systems Imaging Ltd. ScandleS™, as originally conceived by Gary Register of Plume Ltd). It does **not** protect the individual CFL lamps, but when installed with a nut matching the thread of the lamp assembly holds the base plate in place, ensuring lamps do not come loose and fall out.
