PlayStation (PS3) Eye Mount for thin bezel monitor

A remix of @Pandurris's [PS3 Eye LCD Mount](https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-ps3-eye-lcd-mount-13013) for thinner screens and monitors, such as my thin bezel Dell monitor. The front lip has been reduced to 5 mm not to cover the screen, and the width of the bracket itself has been reduced to ~16 mm at its thinnest to fit a thin monitor more snuggly. Prints easily with supports everywhere.
