Bierley ColorMouse and MonoMouse are great little devices very easy to use for visualy impaired person. Versions I'm aware of have only to buttons: on/off and vision mode button which digitally enhances contrast.

Unfortunately they lack one major feature: magnification level adjustment. They have fixed magnification level (there may be two versions with different magnification as far as I remember), which can be annoying. You cannot even read a newspaper without constantly swiping the device
