ASG Evo Outer Barrel Shroud

On the ASG evo, using an HBI micro front end or Ripper Tactical front end leaves a lot of outer barrel poking out, quite ugly. This shrouds the outer barrel making it look like its shorter with a suppressor attached. Scale should be good for a moderately tight fit. If it's too loose let me know and I can modify the file.
