Flag Football Socket Expander

As a technology education teacher as well as a flag football coach, I have a wide variety of options to solve problems. One of those problems is that the sockets in our Flag-a-tag flags get compressed and start to slip. This causes two problems. One, the flags are very easy to pull out, and two, some times the flags fall out all on their own.
