Trinus Axis with 2 .25" mounting holes

This is my first remix! This is a remix of Trinus Blank Axis Plates for Remixing by netlands.
The plate was designed to sit on the left Z-axis, but the switches I used interfered with the USB and DC Barrel connector.
I relocated the plate to the right side and had no interference for cabling.
I used the switches to control LED's inside of the printer, one for the print head, and one for the case LED's.
I will (hopefully) update it with a third switch to control the 12VIN to the printer it
