This is a remix with modifications for the Prusa Hephestos LCD with vertical sd card reader.
I need to close the LCD, so I modifyed a model of the front https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:527503 and of the back
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:604469

Use 4 x M3 25mm to fix it on LCD support
This panel is compatible with SD card holder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:522590
