2mm Z-offset for CR-10

I added a thicker-than-stock bed to my CR-10s, so I made this simple 2mm offset block that simply snaps on a portion of the left gantry, directly above the Z limit switch. This allowed me to use a thicker bed without the need of cranking down on all the spring adjusters. This clip stays in place without the need for any glue.
