Parametric round mesh filter

The default settings are for 145mm diameter with small boundaries. It fits the standard Finnish shower drain. It's easy to change the parameters for other sizes and purposes. You could for example use this also for a filter around outer side of a pipe's end.

This is based on the same design as my other mesh filter and therefore this has some copy-paste from it also on descriptions.
