Filament Runout Sensor Case - REMIX

Carries the same simple design, however adjusted for the roller switch to operate better without case/switch modifications.

The following adjustments were made to support a RAMPS or similar board that has 3v3 to 5v pin available at/near an endstop/runout pin. This allows for an LED to be lit when there is no filament in the sensor.
1) Added a third version to have PTFE connectors at both ends
2) Adjusted threaded bosses from 5mm to 5.3mm in length for smaller profile CR-
