Scalar L / XLP Top Z anti wooble

# Purpose
This part is to be installed at the top of the Z axis of your scalar 3D printers.
Some times the Z leadscrew can resonate for some reason.
This part prevents this from happening as the leadscrew will stop resonating when hitting the inner hole.

Whatever you do on this don't use any bearings, the top of the leadscrew must always be free.
If you constraint the top of the rod you might get Zwooble.
