12864 Smart Display Desktop Housing

I upgraded my Anet A8 to a RAMPS board with a 12864 Smart LCD screen, but needed a place for the screen to live. The screen came with fairly short ribbon cables, so I decided to keep them short and put the screen in front and to the side of the printer. This housing and back plate hold the screen and allow access to all buttons, including the kill switch, and allow SD card access through the side. Screen held into the housing with 4 small screws.
