Floss 2 strap-on shark fin

I bottom mount with the straps through the top mount slots because it somewhat protects the stack and they stay in place. Made a fin that the straps just run through so it can be taken off easily or loosen the straps to fold it to stack quads for transportation.

Added "V2" with much larger fillet at the base because I had one break there.
