Simple linear bearing with housing, sliding surface is made of PTFE tube. PTFE, ie polytetrafluoroethylene or teflon, has very low adhesion and is therefore very suitable for this purpose. Attach the two bearing halves to each other, the tubes will be closed inside. I changed the screws to M3 for easy handling.
Also included a 3D model for adjusting the dimensions.
