Ender Z End-Stop Spacer

Put this spacer between the X-Axis and the Z end-stop. It is useful when
adding a 3 mm glass on the bed of an Ender-2 or Ender-3 3D printer. It is a
lot easier to use this spacer than to move the Z end-stop up. A drop of hot
glue is used to maintain it in place.

Support is not required.
