Camera Extension for Kalle Knall raspberry pi case design

This is a very basic add-on to Kalle Knall excellent Raspberry pi case and camera design. With Prusa upgrading the way the fan attaches to the extruder, it causes the fan to collide with the camera. This is just a basic bracket that moves the Pi camera back and away from the fan.

Note: i used a small drill bit to clean out and align the holes.
