Re-designed Dremel 395 holder

I liked this holder and when it was printed I noticed the top ring for the body was a bit fragile.
I re did the top ring and filled in the body part between the 2 rings and made holes in it for the Dremel drill press made by http://www.thingiverse.com/mitchnajmitch/about/ so you can use it now on the drill press and as a standalone.
