WPL modified Adrian202 bumper.

The modification resulted from the connection of my beam and Adrian202 mounting base for his bumper.

I created it so that I would not have to drill new holes in the frame, only use existing ones.

It fits WPL B14, it should also match b16 and b24 but I do not have them to check.

And now whole modified bumper to fit 1/10 pintle hook.
