D300VS+ Base Cover

I have inverted the original design so it is elevated from the base. It also provide covers to the cables and hide the heated bed cables underneath. Added additional border to provide a side coverage as well as support for the elevated top. Overall it looks nicer. It make the base looks flat and flush.
