Base and fan holder for Petsfang and prusa i3 x carriage for E3D v6

I have X carriage https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2514659 and I've want to mount this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2759439 modular Petsfang on it. Problem is that there is not compatible base. And because author restrict remixing of his work I need to draw my own solution which is compatible with fun duct. I've used E3DV6_DUCT_V7.5.stl.

Holder is designed for E3D v6 extruder and BLtouch probe.

BLtouch offset:
X 41mm
Y 1mm
Z -1mm (Depends on BLtouch dimensions)
