Speaking timer for Futaba T10CP TX (ARDUINO NANO)

Because I'm a little bit jealous of the newer models of talking transmitters I have build this speaking timer.
There are two main timers.
1. Throttle timer :
if the throttle stick is moved up the time that the throttle is opened is said every 15
seconds
2. Total flight time is stated every minute if no throttle is given.
