Updated my previous design, now with less parts to print, added an area for 2 TL-smoothers for the X and Y steppers. Now the case will hold a rpi3, atx power supply, 2 TL-Smoother plus, a relay for a LED light, mosfet and a 120mm fan.

With this setup, The atx supply keeps the RPI (Octoprint) powered on 24/7, then you can power on or off the printer through octoprint. The LED can also be powered on and off through octoprint but that is optional.
