N Scale Body Mount Coupler Height Gauges

This is a set of height gauges for body mounting couplers on N Scale rolling stock.
These gauges are at the four heights commonly used in body Micro-Trains couplers.

* .220 for 2000 series underslung couplers
* .275 for 1025 couplers and similar
* .279 for 1015/1016 couplers with supplied shim (or older version with thick lid up)
* .293 for 1015/1016 couplers without shim, (or older versions with thin lid up)

The finger is 5mm, wide, about the width of most of the coupler boxes.
