Mini Commodore PET with HiLetgo 1.3" I2C Display

Made some mods to the excellent Adafruit model.

* Resized the display cutout for a 1.3" white OLED display (Amazon: HiLetgo 2pcs 1.3" IIC I2C Serial 128x64 SSH1106 SSD1306 OLED LCD Display LCD Module for Arduino AVR PIC STM32)

* Removed mounting pins on monitor back cover.

* Removed side cutout

* Replaced rear switch with a cutout.

* Removed mounting pins from bottom cover.

Used a little ESP8266 Development Kit D1 Mini NodeMcu for the microcontroller, so didn't need the exist
