Z- Axis adjustment knob thing.

Knob for 8mm lead screw. I upgraded my Tornado with the CR10 dual Z-axis along with 2 x GT2 20 tooth pulleys and a 720mm GT2 belt. As the CR10 lead screw was longer I designed and made this adjustment knob.
