X Stepper Mounted Filament Guide with Trapped Ball

Inspired by the Captured Bearing of the Filament Guide for CR-10 Top Mount Filament Roller by bmonnin and the Filament guide cr-10s by MichelK, this model was a from the ground up build.

Since I added a vibration damper to my X-axis motor, Michel's model wouldn't work for me. I like the captured bearing idea and, as I have limited space for my printer, I thought it would work better for keeping the filament routing compact.
