This is what I've been using for 6 months on my CR-10 without issue. Printed with MakerGeeks Raptor PLA. The part cooling fan is the old CR-10 hotend cooling fan.

I didn't do a great job optimizing this for printing, so it definitely needs supports. It's tedious to remove the support from inside the fan duct.
