Ultimate64 Power and Button Shroud (universal) 64c slimline case

This is a remix of two good Ultimate 64 power socket and power button shrouds for the 64c "slimline" style case (not breadbin style case). This version takes the best of both designs and merges them into one (hopefully) universal design.
