4 inch duct tube to thin low-profile fume vent

We wanted to vent the toxic ABS fumes from our TAZ 3D printer into the overhead exhaust. This attaches to standard ventilation flexible duct tubes but terminates in a little slit that can slip under the standard Lulzbot nylon fume/wind tent. Might be useful for other applications, however.
