e3D v6 40mm Fan Shroud for custom Replicator Carriage

Completing my trifecta of upgrades, I designed a custom 40mm fan shroud (to replace the awfully loud stock 30mm fan) for [the custom X-axis carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1350343). See also the [matching part fan duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3150172).

This cools my heatbreak significantly better than the 30mm fan (not that adequate cooling was an issue before)

Print with the fan face down. It's a bit fiddly to fit it onto the carriage, so expect that and be prepared
