Anet A6 Titan extruder carriage remix

This is a remix from Xalky's "Anet A6 Titan Extruder Carriage Mount".
Some of the things I changed:
- Added nut drop-throughs so that 3mm bolts and their standard nuts can be used instead of screws.
- Took away excess material so that the bearings sit flush on either side.
- Reinforced the BLTouch and fan mount to add rigidity and durability.
- Re-aligned the extruder bracket holes so the bracket sits completely flush.
- Raised the belt mounting bands so they do not rub again
